TubHuB Oasis Rental Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of hot tub equipment ("Equipment") from TubHuB Oasis ("Company"). By renting Equipment from TubHuB Oasis, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Rental Agreement:

   - The rental agreement ("Agreement") is formed upon confirmation of your booking with TubHuB Oasis. The Agreement includes these Terms and any additional terms specified in your booking confirmation.

 

2. Rental Period:

   - The rental period begins at the agreed-upon delivery time and ends at the scheduled pickup time.

   - Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in advance with TubHuB Oasis and may be subject to additional charges.

 

3. Equipment Use:

   - The Equipment must be used in accordance with TubHuB Oasis' instructions and guidelines provided at the time of delivery.

   - You are responsible for ensuring that the Equipment is used safely and appropriately by all users.

 

4. Care and Maintenance:

   - You agree to treat the Equipment with care and maintain it in good condition during the rental period.

   - Any damage or excessive wear to the Equipment beyond normal use will be your responsibility and may result in additional charges.

 

5. Delivery and Pickup:

   - TubHuB Oasis will deliver and set up the Equipment at the agreed-upon location and time.

   - You must ensure that access to the delivery location is clear and that any necessary permissions or permits have been obtained.

   - TubHuB Oasis will pick up the Equipment at the end of the rental period, unless otherwise arranged.

 

6. Payment and Fees:

   - Rental fees are payable in advance at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with TubHuB Oasis.

   - Any additional charges, including but not limited to damage fees or extension fees, will be invoiced following the rental period.

 

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

   - Cancellations made within [X days] of the scheduled delivery date may be subject to cancellation fees.

   - Refunds for cancellations made outside of the cancellation period are subject to TubHuB Oasis' discretion.

 

8. Liability:

   - TubHuB Oasis shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of the Equipment, except to the extent caused by TubHuB Oasis' negligence.

   - You agree to indemnify and hold TubHuB Oasis harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Equipment.

 

9. Termination:

   - TubHuB Oasis reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and reclaim the Equipment at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms or if TubHuB Oasis determines, in its sole discretion, that continued rental of the Equipment is not feasible or appropriate.

 

By renting Equipment from TubHuB Oasis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact TubHuB Oasis prior to booking.
